Ask a private question
Post a clarification on the tender. Your thread is private between you and the vessel, no other bidder sees your questions, and you don't see theirs.
The vessel answers on the record
The vessel's answer stays attached to the tender, in your thread. It's part of the record that shaped your quote.
Request a site visit
If you need to see the job, request a visit and suggest up to three times: each before the bidding deadline. It never blocks bidding; it's optional context-gathering.
Agree a slot
Either side proposes a specific time; the other confirms: whoever didn't propose last is the one who confirms. Both parties are notified once it's set.
